Information wins. Good information wins more often. Over the last twenty years I’ve helped businesses and government departments create and enhance instructions and reference materials for products, policies and procedures. I’ve gone across Canada more than once, delved into the depths of complex interfaces and rode the whirlwind of rapid application development. More than once I’ve had the pleasure to support our people in uniform. Through it all, I’ve been driven to get answers and get them to users in a way that makes sense.

Lot’s of people can write well. Other’s are skilled with technology. Not everyone can blend the two consistently. With a university degree in literature, experience with web development and a passion for learning, I stand with feet in both worlds.
